Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 24 at 7:54PM CDT until July 24 at 8:30PM CDT by NWS Bismarck ND
At 754 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Forbes, or 12
miles west of Ellendale, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD…Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include…
Ellendale and Forbes.
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.
