IMPACT…Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Greenup, South Webster,
Rosemount, Sciotodale, Franklin Furnace, Saint Paul, Firebrick,
Haverhill, West Portsmouth, Tannery, Friendship, Powellsville,
Garrison, Lyra, and Rexton.
