Northeastern Perry County in south central Indiana…
Northwestern Meade County in central Kentucky…

* Until 400 PM EDT/300 PM CDT/.

* At 345 PM EDT/245 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 11
miles southwest of Carefree Town, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Mount Pleasant, Alton, Roberta, Sassafras, Oriole, Celina, Magnet,
and Branchville.

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature’s leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
