* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE…Rota County in the Marianas…
* WHEN…Until 1145 PM ChST.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 842 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain, with one half
to one inch of rain during the past hour. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
the entire island of Rota.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
