Special Weather Statement issued July 14 at 1:16PM EDT by NWS Jacksonville FL

At 116 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near George’s Lake to near Hawthorne. Movement
was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Palatka, Interlachen, Pomona Park, Hastings, East Palatka, Bostwick,
Melrose Landing, Federal Point, Orange Mills, and Bardin.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
