* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northeast Montana, including the following
areas, Central and Southeast Phillips, Petroleum and Southwest
Phillips.
* WHEN…From 9 PM MDT this evening through late tonight.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– – Thunderstorms will be moving east into the Watch area, with
the potential of heavy downpours that would bring flooding.
