At 633 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles northeast
of Rocky Mount, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include…
Rocky Mount, Nashville, Dortches, Red Oak, Whitakers, Glenview,
Battleboro, and Aventon.
This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 154 and 138.

building.
