Special Weather Statement issued July 7 at 4:27PM MDT by NWS Denver CO

At 427 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers 5 miles east of
Milton Reservoir, or 17 miles southeast of Greeley, and is
stationary.

HAZARD…Landspouts and wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.

Locations impacted include…
Lochbuie, Hudson, Kersey, Keenesburg, Milton Reservoir, Gill,
Prospect Valley, Lower Latham Reservoir and Hardin.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

If on a body of water, get out of the water and secure loose items.
Boaters can expect strong gusty winds and locally higher waves.
Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately.

If a tornado is spotted seek shelter inside a sturdy building.
