At 359 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Louisville, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Massena Village, Massena International Airport – Richards Field,
Brasher, Fort Covington, Massena, Bombay, Norfolk, Westville,
Stockholm, Moira, Waddington, Lawrence, Constable, Louisville, Fort
Covington Center, South Bombay, Brasher Center, St. Lawrence State
Park, Akwesasne Mohawk Territory, and Ironton.
