Special Weather Statement issued July 2 at 7:35AM EDT by NWS Jackson KY

Mostly clear skies, light winds, and ample low-level moisture are
helping areas of valley fog to develop and become dense this
morning. Visibilities will be below a quarter of a mile at times
in some locations. Be sure to slow down and use your low beam
headlights when you encounter any fog. Look for visibilities to
start improving after 8 AM.
