Special Weather Statement issued July 1 at 12:46PM CDT by NWS Marquette MI

At 1245 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wausaukee, or 24 miles northwest of Marinette, moving northeast at 45
mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Stephenson, Bagley, Nadeau, Gourley, Daggett, Carney, Swanson, and
Banat.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
