* At 425 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Knotts Island Bay to 7 nm southwest of Currituck
Sound to near The Mouth Of The Perquimans River, moving southeast
at 20 knots.

HAZARD…Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT…Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
