The heavy rain has ended. Areas of residual flooding may continue
into the afternoon. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Wednesday for
portions of Arkansas, Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast
Texas.
