* WHERE…Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.
* WHEN…Until 6 PM ChST this evening.
* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Developing Tropical Depression 08W will create
moderate to strong winds with occasional gale force gusts today in
the Saipan and Tinian Waters as it crosses through.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
