Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 22 at 5:49PM EDT until June 22 at 6:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 549 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Ligonier to 5 miles north of Uniontown, or along a line from 13
miles southeast of Latrobe to 5 miles north of Uniontown, moving east
at 20 mph.
HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include…
Seven Springs.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
