Special Weather Statement issued June 19 at 3:29PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 329 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of La Cueva, or 10 miles northeast of Mora, moving
south at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Ojo Feliz, Rainsville, Luceros and El Turquillo.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
