– At 225 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Laredo, Rio Bravo, Laredo International Airport, United South
High School, Texas A&M, St Augustine High School South Laredo,
Laredo Country Club, Laredo Community College, Doctors Hospital
Of Laredo and Orvil.
