* Until 930 PM EDT.
* At 808 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 nm west of Irvington to near Urbanna Inlet to 13
nm northwest of Coleman Bridge, moving east at 35 knots.
HAZARD…Wind gusts to 40 knots.
SOURCE…Radar.
IMPACT…Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Nassawadox Reef, Windmill Point, Rappahannock Range Light, Lower
Bernard Island, Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef,
Irvington, Gwynns Island, Gwynns Island Reef, Urbanna Inlet,
Tangier Island, Anglers Reef, Stingray Point, Hole In The Wall,
Occohannock Reef, Onancock Inlet, Watts Island, Longs Creek Inlet,
White Stone Bridge, and San Marcos Wreck.
Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or the National Weather
Service.
