Flash Flood Warning issued June 14 at 8:38PM MDT until June 14 at 9:15PM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM
At 838 PM MDT, Thunderstorms have pushed out of the warning area,
but some residual flooding and run off continues in low-lying areas.
HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE…Radar.
IMPACT…Residual flooding and run off mainly in lower lying
areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
West El Paso, Central El Paso, Santa Teresa and Sunland Park.
Water will slowly recede, but some on-going flooding is occurring,
including along Paisano Drive at Executive Center, a known trouble
spot.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
