Special Weather Statement issued June 13 at 4:49PM CDT by NWS Amarillo TX

At 449 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles north of Kenton, or 28 miles northwest of Boise City, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Kenton.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
