At 618 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Downtown Concord, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Kannapolis, Downtown Concord, West Concord, Landis, Enochville,
Coddle Creek Reservoir, and Harrisburg.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
