Red Flag Warning issued June 11 at 8:52AM PDT until June 11 at 5:00PM PDT by NWS Eureka CA
* AFFECTED AREA…Southeastern Lake County.
* WIND…North to northeast winds will diminish in the afternoon
to around 10 to 20 mph.
* HUMIDITY…Thursday afternoon the RH is expected to drop to 10
to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
