* WHERE…Thornapple River near Caledonia.
* WHEN…Until early Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas occurs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 9.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 10.4 feet Wednesday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.3 feet on 12/28/2008.
