* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 31 degrees will result in frost
formation.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Freeze conditions are also possible in the
coldest locations, but are not expected to be widespread.
