At 1229 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Slim Butte, or 22 miles west of Pine Ridge, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Slim Butte and Slim Buttes Housing.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
