* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1001 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm southeast of
Bull Bay/scuppernong River, or 10 nm southwest of The Mouth Of The
Alligator River, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD…Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

IMPACT…Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

The Center Of Croatan Sound, The Vicinity Of Frying Pan, Ar145, Pea
Island National Wildlife Refuge, Alligator River Bridge, Nags Head,
Ar160, The Vicinity Of Mashoes, Ar140, Ar130, Oregon Inlet, The
Center Of Roanoke Sound, Rodanthe, The Mouth Of The Alligator
River, and Kill Devil Hills.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
