Flood Advisory issued July 10 at 9:10AM EDT until July 10 at 10:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following
county, Ashtabula and northwest Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Erie.

* WHEN…Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 909 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 and 3 inches
of rain has fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Conneaut, Corry, Edinboro, Union City, Girard, North
Kingsville, Waterford, Albion, Lake City, Kingsville,
Cranesville, Platea, Mill Village, McKean, Elgin and
Kelloggsville.

and preparedness information.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
