At 533 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Waterford to near
Greenport to near Peconic. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Southold, Mattituck, Southampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton,
Gardiners Island, Plum Island, Noyack, Shelter Island, Greenport,
East Hampton, Peconic, Hither Hills State Park, Springs, and North
Sea.
