Winter Storm Watch issued February 16 at 1:57PM EST until February 18 at 10:00PM EST by NWS Gaylord MI

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Snow may mix with freezing rain at
times. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and ice
accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could
gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
