…FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON THROUGH 7 PM TUESDAY…

* AFFECTED AREA…Republic, Washington, Marshall, Nemaha, Brown,
Cloud, Clay, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Ottawa, Dickinson,
Geary, Morris, Wabaunsee, Shawnee, Lyon, Osage and Coffey
counties.

* TIMING…From Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.

* WINDS…South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 25 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…Afternoon highs between 72 and 77.

* IMPACTS…Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
