15 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…South Slopes of the Western Brooks Range and Upper Kobuk
Valleys.

* WHEN…From 3 AM Tuesday to 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.
