* WHAT…Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE…Western Arctic Coast.
* WHEN…From 3 AM Tuesday to 3 AM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel may be impacted. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
your vehicle.
