* WHAT…Heavy snow and patchy blowing snow possible. There is a 50
percent chance for total snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches.
Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The combination of
falling snow and winds may lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
