Dense Fog Advisory issued February 16 at 11:49AM EST until February 16 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

Visibilities continue to improve across the area this morning,
allowing for the Dense Fog Advisory to expire. There is still a
chance of patchy dense fog, especially along a line extending from
Marion Ohio northeast toward Meadville Pennsylvania, into early this
afternoon.
