National Weather Service: A FLASH FLOOD WARNING is in effect for this area until 4:15 PM EDT. This is a dangerous and life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
Instructions:
Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
